What you'll experience

Our wine tasting is a perfect way to discover classic Georgian flavours. You'll taste a curated selection of three wines produced at our family winery using traditional Qvevri methods, and take part in a hands-on Khinkali masterclass led by our family.

Khinkali Masterclass

Learn how to prepare traditional Georgian Khinkali — from dough to filling, shaping and cooking. Our family will guide you step-by-step and you will taste the Khinkali you prepare.

What's included

• Guided tasting of the three wines listed above
• Khinkali masterclass (hands-on)
• Traditional sides: fresh bread, local cheese and seasonal accompaniments
• Guided storytelling about the history and cultural significance of our wines and dishes
